From Scattered Content to the Cosmos Media Hub: Cito Zone’s Transformation
Cito Zone delivers real-time airdrop alerts, DeFi tutorials, and expert insights for the Cosmos ecosystem, empowering users to navigate the "internet of blockchains." LP Labs transformed Cryptocito’s scattered content—spread across X, YouTube, and Substack—into a cohesive, conversion-driven media hub. From a full brand refresh and Framer-built site to a robust CMS and Cito Plus paywall, we created a scalable Web3 platform that drives subscriptions, engagement, and partnerships in record time.

the challenge
Before partnering with LP Labs, Cito Zone was a fragmented presence across social platforms. Cryptocito, the founder (@Cryptocito on X), had built a strong reputation in the Cosmos ecosystem with over 10,000 X followers and 2,200 YouTube subscribers through sporadic videos on airdrops and tokenomics. Content was scattered across X threads, a basic Substack (Cito Report), and YouTube, with no centralized hub. The brand lacked cohesion, with makeshift logos and inconsistent colors that hurt credibility. There was no clear funnel to convert engaged followers into subscribers for the planned Cito Plus premium offering at $39 per month. Zero SEO presence meant missing high-intent searches like “Cosmos airdrops 2025.” Updates on Cosmos’ fast-moving ecosystem, such as IBC V2 or $SEI’s $658M TVL peak, were buried in manual posts, leading to lost opportunities.
Target Audiences
Airdrop Hunters (60% of traffic): Seeking real-time alerts and claiming guides.
YouTube Viewers: Intermediate Cosmos users wanting DeFi tutorials.
Investors and Cosmos Projects: VCs and validators (e.g., $ATOM, $OSMO) needing deep research.
Advertisers: Exchanges like dYdX looking for sponsorship slots.
Core Pain Point
Conversion and offer clarity. Despite quality content, the absence of a professional site weakened trust and provided no path to convert readers into Cito Plus subscribers. SEO was non-existent, and free content saw high churn, with users reading a thread and leaving without engaging further.
Timing Constraint
The site needed to launch by March 2024 to align with the spring airdrop season and Cito Plus rollout, capitalizing on 2024 bull run (300% TVL growth year-to-date). A 40-day deadline was set to hit Cosmoverse Dubai in October 2024 for live announcements.
Brand Refresh and Design System
Problem Solved
The lack of a cohesive brand hurt credibility and user trust. Makeshift logos and inconsistent colors made Cito Zone look amateurish, despite Cryptocito’s 124,000+ X followers and reputation. Without a scalable design framework, new content sections couldn’t be added efficiently.
Solution
LP Labs delivered a full brand refresh with a polished logo, a Cosmos-inspired palette, and typography aligned with the media kit. We built a modular design system with reusable components (content cards, CTAs, modals) for rapid scaling. Motion assets, like hero animations for airdrop campaigns, added polish. Additionally, we designed and modeled 3D coins to visually represent key Cosmos ecosystem tokens (e.g., ATOM, OSMO, TIA), enhancing the brand’s immersive appeal. The Framer-built site ensured mobile-first responsiveness and a professional aesthetic tailored to Cosmos’ ethos.
Impact
Team: Cryptocito’s team gained a consistent identity, streamlining content creation and boosting confidence in pitching to partners like dYdX.
Business: The professional look increased trust, supporting Cito Plus signups and partnerships.
New Concepts: Enabled branded campaigns like Cito Earn, impossible without a unified visual identity.
Integrated CMS for Content Centralization
Problem Solved
Content was scattered across X, Substack, and YouTube, requiring manual updates that overwhelmed the small team (Cryptocito, @seppmos, @LeThang137). Without a CMS, publishing bi-weekly news or deep research was unsustainable, and users couldn’t easily discover related content like airdrop guides.
Solution
We implemented a Framer-integrated CMS to manage three content types: Research (tokenomics analyses, projects deep-dive, etc.), Guides and Videos (step-by-step airdrops, DeFi tutorials, etc.), and Cosmos Bites (bi-weekly news, e.g., #50 on August 10, 2025). Taxonomies organized content by chains (ATOM, TIA, INJ) and themes (DeFi, IBC). SEO features included schema markup, optimized H1-H3, and OG metas for X shares. The no-code CMS allowed the team to upload content without developers.
Impact
Team: Reduced publishing time by 70%, enabling consistent Cosmos Bites output and freeing focus for high-value research.
Business: Centralized content drove discoverability, with Cosmos Bites becoming a flagship feature, boosting site visits (e.g., 39,860 views on launch post).
Tracking: Analytics tracked content performance, revealing popular topics like airdrop guides.
New Concepts: Cosmos Bites became a structured hub for ecosystem updates, replacing chaotic X threads and fostering user retention.
Cito Plus Landing Page
Problem Solved
No infrastructure existed to effectively promote the Cito Plus premium community to convert followers into subscribers. Without a dedicated, high-converting landing page, the team struggled to showcase the value of exclusive airdrop alerts, tutorials, and AMAs, limiting monetization potential.
Solution
We designed a high-converting Cito Plus landing page integrated into the Framer site, highlighting the private community’s benefits: real-time airdrop alerts, DeFi tutorials, weekly reports, and monthly AMAs. The page featured clear pricing tiers (Basic at $39/month, with discounts for longer terms), compelling CTAs, and a design aligned with the Cosmos-inspired brand. It linked seamlessly to Whop’s existing paywall and membership system for secure access, with A/B-tested upsell modals (e.g., “Join Cito Plus for exclusive insights”) to drive conversions.
Impact
Team: The landing page simplified promotion efforts, allowing the team to focus on content rather than marketing logistics.
Business: Cito Plus gained traction, with 90% of members renewing, creating a steady revenue stream.
Tracking: Analytics tracked landing page performance, showing high engagement from CTAs.
New Concepts: The landing page enabled Cito Plus as a scalable premium offering, turning free followers into a paid community with exclusive portfolio insights.
Performance and Accessibility
Problem Solved: A non-optimized site risked poor user experience, especially for mobile-first airdrop hunters. Without accessibility features, global reach and compliance were limited. Pre-launch, the team lacked a site optimized for speed or accessibility, risking high bounce rates and legal issues under RGPD.
Solution: We optimized the site for a Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) under 2 seconds using Framer’s lazy loading and compressed assets, achieving Lighthouse scores of 98/100 for Performance, 96/100 for Best Practices, 94/100 for Accessibility, and 85/100 for SEO. Dark mode was implemented for user comfort, with RGPD-compliant cookie banners ensuring legal compliance. SEO foundations (schema markup, metas) improved discoverability for mobile users.
Impact:
Team: Framer’s no-code stack simplified maintenance, reducing tech overhead and allowing focus on content updates.
Business: Optimized performance with a 98/100 Performance score reduced bounce rates, with longer sessions on key pages like Research, enhancing user trust and retention for Cito Plus signups.
Tracking: Analytics tied to Lighthouse metrics (e.g., 94/100 Accessibility) showed improved load times, with popups driving newsletter growth, providing actionable data for optimization.
New Concepts: A fast, accessible site with a 96/100 Best Practices score enabled campaigns like Cito Earn to perform seamlessly across devices, reinforcing Cito Zone’s authority in the Cosmos ecosystem.
